Show to feature one of Quincy's own as "world's greatest"

by WTAD News

Quincy is home to one of the world's greatest.

That's the title of the ION Network program that will feature Quincy-based 1st  in Video - Music World, Inc.

Company founder Dennis Boudreau says World's Greatest! wanted to feature a company that went from brick and mortar to online.

Boudreau says the show’s producer was quite impressed with the history of the company which began as a school project 34 years ago.

Boudreaux says World's Greatest! filmed about nine hours which was condensed into four minutes.

“I saw the final the other day and they really did a great job,” he said. “A lot of people in Quincy don’t realize how our little company has grown into a major player in the online arena. We still believe in giving our local customers great customer service but we also do it for the online people.”

The program is set to air on the ION Network beginning at 5 a.m.  Monday morning - April 26.

It will be carried at various times on other dates.

For cable subscribers - the ION Network airs on channel 54 in Hannibal and Palmyra but is not carried by Comcast. Satellite customers should check their listings.

Boudreau says the show will be on his company's Web sites after May 15.

Dennis was one of the adult leaders when I went out to Philmont Scout Ranch (New Mexico) way back in '91. It was a great experience that was helped by having leaders I could respect. It's nice to see nothing has changed for him, and that he's getting some well-deserved recognition...

As a customer of Dennis's from way back when, I can only say that this is a well deserved ATTA BOY.

The man truly started from rather humble beginnings, the risks were tremendous yet he prevailed. The world of Liberals should take note.
