Two lots in front of the Quincy Wal-Mart are being developed. The first will be a new location for AT&T and a new business, Aspen Dental.
Kevin Barnes of Quattro Development of Oakbrook says they are tenant-driven when they develop a new location, so the initial idea came from the two businesses which will occupy the building already under construction.
He says they hope to have everything ready by October 1st.
The second lot will be a new F&M Bank location.
