Classified Ad Refund Policy
Classified advertisements are NOT refundable, except in the instance of cancellation or early termination by QuincyNews.org. If a classified ad is terminated early, the refund will be pro-rated based on the number of days it was actually displayed. If you paid a discounted rate for the classified ad, you are only entitled to a pro-rated refund of the discounted rate.
