G.W. Scott had 75 yards rushing and a touchdown as Quincy won its season opener in Alton.
Scott scored on a one yard touchdown run to give Quincy a 7-0. The Blue Devils expanded the lead to 14-0 when quarterback Mitch Marold hit Kendal Kendrick on a 47-yard touchdown pass.
Tre Bradley and Malique Robbins also scored for the Blue Devils, who rolled up a 28-0 lead before Alton scored late in the game.
