Devils win home opener

Quincy improved to 2-0 by downing Matea Valley 17-7.

G.W. Scott led the Blue Devils attack with 96 yards. QHS had 250 yards rushing as a team. Scott also scored from three yards out.

Kendal Kendrick had Quincy's other TD as the Blue Devils improve to 2-0 and host Normandy next week.
