The game was tied at 17-17 at the 11:27 mark of the first-half when the Hawks went on a 13-2 run to pull away from the Bulldogs. The Hawks extended their lead when up 35-28 with just under four-minutes left in the half, they closed the half with a 10-0 run, taking a 45-28 lead into the break. Quincy rolled on with another big run, this time a 17-0 run early in the second-half, to put the game out of reach.
